The ETF (agent)/UNIFER consortium is carrying out the AT01 contract for SNCF Réseau for the project to transfer rail activities from Nantes-Etat to Nantes-Blottereau. This includes laying all the new track and connecting it to the existing network.

During the All Saints’ Day weekend, teams from ETF’s RATP sector mobilised to renew connection 617 located at Porte de Saint-Cloud.

One week after the snowstorm that severely affected the Rhône-Alpes region, the Grenoble-Valence line is back in service.

Renovation work has been carried out at Houilles-Carrières station as part of the extension of RER line E to Mantes-la-Jolie. Passengers will eventually have new trains to La Défense, Paris and stations in eastern Paris. Houilles-Carrières station, which already serves RER line A and Transilien line L, will be completely renovated before 2024.

ETF teams worked in the Coudray tunnel for seven weeks between 15 July and the end of August 2019 to carry out renewal work.

On 7 October, the city of Nice celebrated the laying of the last section of track in the presence of the mayor, Christian Estrosi, and former minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin.

In partnership with the Bruay-la-Buissière secondary school in the Nord department, ETF Academy launched its first work-study training programme for railway site managers in September 2019.

As part of the project to transfer Nantes’ state-owned railway activities to the Blottereau site, SNCF Réseau has selected the ETF/UNIFER consortium for the AT01 contract.

With the aim of preventing musculoskeletal disorders, a new practice has just been introduced at ETF: a daily warm-up session before starting each day’s work on site.
